:ag_ticket: Tickets

Members open a private ticket from a panel; your team answers it there. When it closes, its transcript (coming soon) is kept and offered as a page anyone can open in a browser.

:ag_warning: No tickets log yet: pick a channel for it in /logs to see every ticket open and close.

Categories (0 of 3)
None yet. Add one: Support, Reports, Partnerships, whatever members come to you for.
Panels (0 of 1)
None yet. A panel is the message members open tickets from.

Only you can see this · Dismiss message

Step by step (from the bot's Help button):

  1. Add a category. Each kind of ticket you take: Support, Reports, Partnerships.
  2. Place it. A private channel under a Discord category, or a private thread in a channel. Threads keep the channel list tidy; channels are what most members expect.
  3. Pick its staff. The roles that see and handle it. Left empty, the moderation staff from /moderation do. Ping roles are notified when one opens.
  4. Add a panel and post it. Pick a channel and the categories it offers, then Post. Edit it later and Update: the message is changed in place.

Each category also has an emoji, a description, a welcome message, how many tickets one member may have open at once, and (Premium) up to a few Questions members answer before it opens.

Settings decides what closing does (keep it, locked, with Reopen and Delete, or delete it right away), when kept tickets are deleted, auto-close after inactivity (Premium) and whether the member gets the transcript by DM (coming soon).

Transcripts are coming

AuthentiGate reads a ticket's messages only once Discord approves it to. Until then no transcript is taken: Transcript answers "Transcripts are not available yet.", no transcript is sent by DM, and /tickets doesn't show the DM option.
